My story
I graduated as a Nutritional Therapist in 2016, but my journey into nutrition and wellness began much earlier—when peri menopause caught me by surprise!

Like many women, I led a busy life and dismissed my mood swings, weight gain, and brain fog as inevitable side effects of stress and a demanding career. What I thought was "normal" turned into a deeper struggle with depression and significant hormonal challenges.

In my search for answers, I discovered the world of Functional Medicine—a holistic yet science-driven approach that transformed my understanding of health. What started as a personal quest to regain control of my wellbeing evolved into a profound passion for the complex role nutrition plays in our bodies and minds. This passion inspired me to shift careers and become a Nutritional Therapist, with the mission of helping other women navigate this transitional phase with confidence and ease.

My own journey wasn’t always smooth—it felt more like a rollercoaster than a walk in the park—but I emerged feeling like myself again. And now, I’m here to guide you to your own transformation.
